2. Our Online Store

Our online store sells merchandise and other products in support of the work of Surfers Not Street Children.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

Products are subject to availability and we may withdraw or change products at any time.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

After placing your order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a reasonable reason to do so, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount to your original payment method.

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout before you place your order.

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Responsibility for the goods remains with us until they are delivered to you or to another person you have identified to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

6. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy explains how to request a return and how refunds are processed.

For eligible online purchases, UK consumers also have statutory cancellation rights. Generally, this includes the right to tell us that you wish to cancel an eligible order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason.

Our voluntary 30-day returns policy provides additional time to request a return, subject to the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in our Return & Refund Policy or these Terms limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not comply with applicable consumer law.
